Return, Refund, & Cancelation Policy

At Alder & Elva, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at Alderandelvabusiness@gmail.com before sending any items back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your current item and place a new order.

  • Sale or final clearance items

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We process orders quickly so we can get them packed and shipped out as fast as possible. Because of this, cancellations are only available within a short window after your order is placed.

Cancellation Window

  • You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • After 2 hours, we are unable to cancel or change your order for any reason.

How To Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email our official support email as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A clear request to cancel the order

If your request is received within 2 hours of your order time, we will do our best to cancel it before it begins processing.

If your request is received after 2 hours
If your cancellation request comes in after the 2-hour window, your order may already be in processing or shipment preparation and cannot be canceled.
